We should have all the yellow crates ready for pick-up on Thursday. Let me know if that time works for a pick-up or if we need to plan on another day?

I have received numerous compliments regarding the professionalism and processes used during the move and it could not have happened with out you and your team. You consistently took the time to protect and respect our facilities, instruments and employees. Throughout the project your team was faced with rain, extreme heat and long hours yet the thousands of individual items made it to the correct locations in one piece.
The overall relocation project was a tough undertaking but having such a great moving team to partner with, such as Eastern Van Lines, made all the difference. We greatly appreciated everything you did to help us on our journey.
We ran into a little problem in the beginning(the loading dock gate was down and we couldn’t find the security guard to let us in) but that didn’t slow your guys down at all. They wheeled stuff in crate by crate through a small door until we could get the property manager involved. An hour and a half later things were cookin’ and they were wrapped up around 1:30 pm. They were great.
I just wanted to thank you you for your patience and let you know your guys rock and we couldn’t have asked for a more amiable group of guys to work with. Who needs big brothers around with these guys giving me a hard time…hahaha.
We’ll make sure and have everything unpacked by the end of this week and we’ll set up a time for the remainder of the wooden crates and the yellow bins to be picked up.

Our corporate office move went well beyond our expectations in several ways. The crew arrived early, and each member of the crew was clean and courteous, and eager to perform their work. The crew chief reviewed the logistics of each location with our staff, and the move was on. The move was seamlessly accomplished in record time without any error, mishap or damage to either the premise or any of our furniture, fixtures or equipment. All of the necessary equipment was on site to accomplish the move-out our old location and into our new location.
As a result of the amazing, trouble-free move that you did for us, we were able to completely set up our corporate office, including all of our telephones and computers, the same day and were ready for business starting Monday morning.
